Recruitment & Employee Experience Manager
Main purpose of job
The Recruitment & Employee Experience Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, developing sourcing strategies, and supporting employer branding initiatives through ownership of employee communication to impact positively the company reputation. The role will also contribute to local and international HR projects and will be responsible for the continuous improvement of candidate and employee experience and recruitment tools. This position will work closely with hiring managers, internal stakeholders, and external partners across various countries, including Poland, Hungary, and Romania.
Your Key Responsibilities
Drive Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Excellence
Lead full‑cycle recruitment processes from strategy creation to final candidate selection for both employees and customer representatives.
Develop innovative sourcing strategies and identify new channels for talent acquisition.
Oversee the recruitment budget allocated by the company.
Build and maintain long‑term relationships with recruitment providers, including recruitment agencies and major job boards.
Shape Employer Branding & Elevate Employee Experience
Collaborate with Marketing and HR teams on recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s reputation.
Own the internal communication strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and company values to enhance employee engagement.
Develop and manage internal communication policies, tools, and channels — including social media — to optimize engagement and promote the company as an employer of choice.
Create and deliver employee engagement campaigns and events aligned with initiatives such as CARE, Diversity & Inclusion, and talent retention.
Enhance & Innovate Recruitment Processes
Analyze recruitment data and trends to improve hiring strategies, sourcing channels, and the candidate and CR experience, including identifying potential turnover trends linked to recruitment processes.
Monitor market trends and implement modern HR technologies and methodologies in recruitment.
Continuously improve the candidate experience from initial contact to final decision and onboarding, ensuring competitive and efficient practices.
Collaborate on Technology & International HR Projects
Participate in local and international HR projects, working closely with teams in Poland, Hungary, Romania, and other countries.
What You Bring to the Role
Your Qualifications
University degree (or completed bachelor’s degree), preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Your Experience & Skills
3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
Proven experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes for various roles, including hard‑to‑fill positions.
Experience managing internal communication strategies, channels, and content.
Experience with international recruitment projects or cross‑country cooperation (e.g., Poland, Hungary, Romania).
Hands‑on experience with employer branding campaigns and social media recruitment.
Practical experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), including workflow optimization, reporting, and templates.
Strong ability to work with HR data and recruitment analytics to support decision‑making and process improvements.
